You guys, when it comes to veggie smoothies, cauliflower is the new spinach. People are adding this creamy cruciferous veggie to smoothies of all flavors, and it's kind of genius. As much as I love green smoothies, my kids are still put off by the color. Even when I call it something fun like a Tinkerbell or strong monster smoothie. Even when it tastes like a tropical drink. Spinach isn't the only way to add veggies to our smoothies though. Recently I've discovered another smoothie-friendly veggie - cauliflower!
